service plans are as follows:
Sales & Pre-Sale Service
You
can contact us by email or by telephone. Often you may get a faster
response by sending us an email. We endeavour to respond to sales
enquires within 48 hours.

After
you have purchased our software you can use either our free Email
Service Plan for limited assistance or our paid Priority Service
Plan.
Email Service Plan
You
can contact us by email for limited assistance and we will respond
as soon as possible. We endeavour to respond to emails within 48
hours however our response time will depend on how many other support
issues are in the queue ahead of you.
This
service is for limited assistance meaning if your issues or questions
take our consultants longer than 5 minutes then you will need to
take up our Priority Support Plan for paid service.
We
offer limited email assistance at no cost to you but reserve the
right to change this policy in the future without notice.

Priority Service Plan
When
you select the Priority Service Plan you will be given a special
toll free number to call for any support issues or training requirements
you may have. You can contact us either via telephone or by email.
It's
a great investment to minimise downtime and ensure you are using
your software to its fullest potential. Our Priority Service Plan
is how you get priority help with technical support, installation
support, and training.
You
purchase our Priority Service Plan in advance in blocks of either
1 hour, 3 hours or 5 hours of assistance. After 12 months from date
of purchased the Priority Service Plan elapses so only purchase
it when you need priority service.
When
you purchase our TeamMax Call Center Software it includes up to
2 hours of assistance for technical support, installation support,
and training so you do not need to join the Priority Service Plan
until after those 2 hours are used. Our support team will advise
when this is. The included 2 hours of assistance can only be used
in the first 90 days from date of purchase.
Please
note the technical support is only in relation to our software and
not for general computer or computer networking assistance. You
will need to contact your own IT consultant for advice or trouble
shooting help on networking or domain setup and configuration.

Software
Subscription Plan & Software Updates
Our
software updates come in two levels, major releases and minor releases.
A major release occurs when significant new features are added to
our software, they usually occur once a year but they are sometimes
more frequent than that. Minor releases are smaller updates that
are less important.
By
taking up our Software Subscription Plan you have access to major
updates free of charge. If you decided not to take part of this
program you must pay for major updates. The cost of this can vary
between products and between major updates depending on the significance
of the update.
It
is recommend that you take part of the Software Subscription Plan
so that you can always stay current with the latest version of our
software. This is optional but you must decide within the first
30 days of making your purchase. After the first 30 days you can
only join the Software Subscription Plan once you have purchased
an update for the software. The Software Subscription Plan allows
you to have all major updates for the software that occur within
the 12 months of joining the plan at no extra cost* When you join
the plan we will notify you when a major release occurs and give
you details on how to download it.
Our
rental plans include the Software Subscription Plan as part of the
rental price.
When
you purchase our software you qualify for any major update that
occurs within 90 days of your purchase at no extra cost.*
Minor
releases for your current version are usually made available via
our web site and are free for those using the current version of
the software.*
